We offer two bedroom penthouse with spectacular views of Hamlin Lake.

This accommodation has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom,  two bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed) and Florida room.  Blankets and cooking utensils are also included.  

The toaster, microwave oven, coffee pot, grill, boat slip, and a fish cleaning house is available. Renters need to bring sheets and towels. 

The rates are based on 6 people, $25 per person.

 

Terms:

Deposit is required. 50% due on booking your stay. 

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: No refund after April 1st.

Cleaning fee is $50
